What are your delivery fees?
Delivery is based on your location and setup needs. We'll include delivery pricing in your quote. Delivery is only available in Metro Melbourne.
What if I am not sure yet?
No problem! Just send through the vibe or type of event, and we’ll help design a setup that suits. You don’t need to have it all figured out to request a quote.
Can I pick up items instead?
Some items are available for pickup from Brunswick West, like neon signs or plinths, or smaller frames - others larger items require delivery and installation. Let us know what you’re after and we’ll advise.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead - but if your event is sooner, still reach out! We’ll do our best to make it work.
